WebMail

The WebMail interface can be used to read/ reply/ forward/ delete your mail, change your email password, and set forwarding and autoresponder options. Note that the use of Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express is strongly recommended for routine management of (read/ reply/ forward/ delete) your email.

Step 1. Open a web browser and go to your WebMail interface: www.yourwebsitename/webmail

Step 2. Enter your full email address as the username and your email password, in the popup Login window that appears and click OK.

Step 3. Select either the "Horde" or "Squirrel Mail " interface to read your email.

Step 4. Each option has its own easy-to-use interface for reading and replying to/ forwarding your emails. Note that emails you send via the WebMail interface will not be recorded/stored by the mail program (e.g. Outlook or Outlook Express) that you normally utilise on your main PC.

When finished, always remember to click Logout to exit the WebMail interface.
