Contacting RedSpider Support

When you contact RedSpider Support with an issue you will obviously be asked to describe the issue as best you can. In addition you may be asked to provide information related to that below, for easier diagnosis:

1. Can you see/ browse your website?
    Click here to see any connectivity issues with GT&T DSL, as independently reported by a local ISP

2. What is your current public IP address - view your public IP at www.ipchicken.com.

3. If you are having mail issues

3.1. Can you view your WebMail interface
3.2. Are your mail settings as they should be. Use these pages (Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express) to guide your check.

4. Contact RedSpider via email, telephone or voicemail
