be asked to describe the issue as best you can. In addition you may
be asked to provide information related to that below, for easier diagnosis:
1. Can you see/ browse your website?

2. What is your current public IP address - view your
public IP at www.ipchicken.com.
3. If you are having mail issues
3.1. Can you view your WebMail
interface
3.2. Are your mail settings as they should be. Use these pages (Microsoft
Outlook or Outlook
Express) to guide your check.
