Using Microsoft (MS) Outlook Express
MS Outlook Express allows you to download and store
your emails on your PC. The ten easy steps below work for the configuration
of your email.
Step 1. Start Microsoft Outlook Express.
If this is the first time you are starting Outlook Express on your PC,
it will take you directly to Step 2. Otherwise, select Tools > E-mail
Accounts.
Click yes if you encounter a screen asking if you want to make Outlook
Express your default mail client.Uncheck the box "Always perform
this check when starting Outlook Express" as shown in the image

Step 2. Click Add, and then click Mail to open the
Mail Configuration Wizard

Step 3. On the Your Name page of the wizard, type
your name as you want it to appear to everyone who gets e-mail from
you, and then click Next.

Step 4. Type your e-mail address, and then click Next.

Step 5. On the E-mail Server Names page, enter your
information then click Next.

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourwebsitename
(e.g. mail.redspider.biz)
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourwebsitename
(e.g. mail.redspider.biz)
Step 6 . Enter your email address and password

Step 7. Click Next and Finish

Step 8.To review your settings.Click on the account
and select Properties

Step 9. Click on Servers and Enable the option "Server
Requires Authentication"

Step 10. Select settings.The option "Use same
settings as my Incoming mail server "should then be enabled.

Click OK to apply all changes.
