Setting Up Your E-mail in Microsoft Outlook
The settings below work for Microsoft (MS) Outlook
2003, but the settings for other versions of MS Outlook are similar.
Step 1. In Microsoft Outlook 2003, select Tools > E-mail
Accounts. (In MS Outlook 2007, select Tools, Account Settings).

Step 2 On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select "Add
a new e-mail account" and click Next.

Step 3 For your server type, select "POP3" and click
Next.

Step 4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter
your login information
Your
Name: Enter your first and last names.
E-mail Address: Enter your e-mail address.
User Name: Enter your e-mail address, again.
Password: Enter the password you set up for your e-mail
account.
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourwebsitename (
eg mail.redspider.biz)
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourwebsitename (
eg mail.redspider.biz)
Step 5. Click "More Settings."
On
the Internet E-mail Settings window, select the "Outgoing Server"
tab.
Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
Click OK.
Click Next.
Click Finish. Your're done!
